Can you review my product or service?

We never accept unsolicited products for review, and we only select the products for review based solely on reader interest. Send us an email at hello@synoshi-store.com if you know of any of the best products or services on the market; we always appreciate the knowledge. However, our team will be the only ones to decide whether the product or service is appropriate for our audience. Additionally, reviews occasionally fall short of our expectations and don't deliver on what the seller or service provider has assured us they will. Our editorial policy is particularly strong in this issue; we consistently reject take-down requests, making any form of bribing one of our key no-nos.

Can I make a change to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, it just relies on the specific store where the item was purchased. As orders, shipping, returns, and warranties differ from store to store, we solely serve as a review and comparison website. We strongly advise speaking with the official retailer from whence the good or service was obtained to resolve the issue. What is your return policy?

The return policy differs depending on the retailer. We can only suggest contacting the official retailer where the purchase was made. Rest assured that returns are always accepted because we don't suggest dishonest manufacturers or service providers. We always carefully review the return policy and the terms and conditions; if either of those seem deceptive or are not present, we would never suggest such a store.

Nevertheless, only services or items that our team genuinely thinks will benefit our readership are recommended. No, unfortunately, we don’t have gift cards.
